Refunding for iStellar2 will be terminated on September 30th, 2010. (August 18th, 2010)

Refunding for iStellar2

Thank you for purchasing "iStellar" and "iStellar 2".

Since we plan to cease developing iStellar2, we shall refund the full amount, to those who purchased the app. The amount of refund depends on the currency with which you purchased the App (e.g. $9.99 for those in the United States).

We shall only pay back to those who have purchased iStellar2 earlier than December 14th 2009. Please be reminded that those who purchased the app after December 15th cannot be refunded.

How to apply for refunding

  1. Please take a screen-shot of your receipt in the following procedure:
    (you can click the images on the right hand to enlarge them)
    1. Sign In to your iTunes Account

      Start iTunes, access to iTunes Store, and click on the [Sign In] displayed on the upper right side. Enter your ID and password to sign in to your iTunes Account.


    2. Display your account information

      Now you'll find your Account Name displayed on the same place. Click it and enter your password to display your account information.


    3. Display your Purchase History

      Find the [Purchase History] button on the middle-right side of your "Apple Account Information" screen and click it.


    4. If you find "iStellar 2" in the "Latest Purchases" list, take a screen-shot

      Look for an Item labeled "iStellar2, v2.0.x, Seller: AstroArts Inc.". If you find it in the "Latest Purchases" list, take a screen-shot.
      Make sure that the item is not an update (in which the "Price" is "free"), but a newly purchase ("Price" is shown, e.g. $9.99 for the U.S.).


    5. Look for "iStellar 2" in the "Previous Purchases" list and take a screen-shot

      If you can't find "iStellar 2" among the "Latest Purchases" list, search it in the "Previous Purchases" list. If it's there, click the button on the left side and capture the screen displayed.
      Make sure that the item is not an update (in which the "Price" is "free"), but a newly purchase ("Price" is shown, e.g. $9.99 for the U.S.).


  2. Save your image in "JPEG", "PNG" or "BMP" format. Make sure its size doesn't exceed 2 Megabytes.
  3. Fill in your name, E-mail address in the form bellow and send it with the image you saved as above.

Application form for refunding

PLEASE NOTE - Request for refund is only accepted until September 30th, 2010.

  • Please contact istellar-refund@astroarts.co.jp if you have any problem.
  • We shall never use your personal information for other purposes, nor give it away to a third company.
  • We shall proceed for refunding within 10 days after your request. When the process is finished, you shall receive an E-mail from PayPal, which shows you how to recieve your $9.99 refund.

Notice

  • You can only apply once for your refunding.
  • Please delete iStellar2 after you receive your refund.

How to Delete iStellar2

  1. Delete iStellar2 from PC

    PC: Start iTunes, open the "Application" pane, right-click the "iStellar2" icon and select "Delete".


  2. Delete iStellar2 from iPhone/iPod touch

    iPhone / iPod touch: Tap the "iStellar2" icon and hold it until you see the "×" button. Tap it and tap "Delete" on the confirmation window.
